FTA Deluxe channels only from the new frequency on 19.2°E

March 18 this year in place of 13 German FTA channels, broadcast by Channel Factory from Landshut, on 12.699 GHz, Polish. V, boards appeared informing about their transfer to the new frequency of the Astra 1L satellite (19.2°E).
