[OpenATV 7.6]

I updated it and it stopped showing an image on the TV. Do you understand me? You have an error 7.6 Mode 12: PIP There is no picture on the TV after updating.

I don't really understand the question but could it be that resolution of the update has been set to maybe 4k and you tv cannot process that picture. You can use the webif from a linked pc to go through the menu settings and drop the resolution down to 1080p.

OpenATV 7.6 – Screen Resolution / Video Settings
Press MENU on your remote
Go to Setup
Select Video
Open Audio / Video (or Video Settings – name may vary by box)

Important Video Options
▶ Video Resolution
Common options:
1080p (recommended for Full HD TVs)
1080i
720p
2160p / 4K (only if your TV + box support it)

Choose the native resolution of your TV for best quality.

▶ Refresh Rate
Set to 50Hz (recommended in Pakistan/Europe)
Or Multi / Auto if available

▶ Aspect Ratio
16:9 (for modern LED/LCD TVs)
4:3 (for old CRT TVs)

▶ Display Mode
Just Scale (best – no zoom, no cut)
Letterbox
Pan & Scan
If screen is cut from sides, select Just Scale

▶ HDMI Color Space
Auto (recommended)
Or YCbCr / RGB if Auto causes issues

🛠 Fix Screen Cut / Overscan Issue
If image is zoomed or cut:
Set Display Mode → Just Scale
Disable Overscan from your TV settings (not receiver)

Recommended Settings (Most Users)
Resolution: 1080p
Refresh rate: 50Hz
Aspect ratio: 16:9
Display mode: Just Scale
HDMI Color: Auto
