Mini TV Masking amends - to prevent black borders.

v1.14 Shared components
Tweaks to some of my slyk18ServicePosition code.
Do note timeshift pause values are broke on openatv 7.4. You will need to pause/play/pause to show the correct numbers.
Its obviously not updating the values on timeshift load. Their fault not mine.
