+ Added ability to not wait for vertical sync
+ Added system media transport control function

- Modified the window border skin to be prettier.
- Modified the subtitle format to be displayed in the name of the built-in subtitles.
- Fixed an issue where frame steps did not work properly in the built-in video renderer.
