A beta test for arm (ATV/PURE/EGAMI)

- Add support for xtream subscriptions
- Add a web interface to add/remove or edit a portal and also you can add your api keys from the web interface

The structure of MultistalkerPro.json had been changed so you need to add again you protals trough the web interface and its better to empty the MultistalkerPro.json file
you can access the web interface with the same ip of webinterface following with /multi-stalkerpro/portals
for example my box ip is: 192.168.1.88 so the web interface url is
